Welcome!

A very warm welcome to ‘Little Hollies’  a spacious 2 bedroom bungalow in the centre of Sway, a small New Forest village, and close to the open forest itself.  The village shop is close by and there is a pub and two restaurant-hotels all less than one minute walk away.

In the village there is also a chemist, news agents/post office, and a prize-winning butcher as well as several playgrounds. It is also a short drive to local beaches of Milford-On Sea, and Highcliffe, and only 10 minutes from the fascinating and picturesque Georgian town of Lymington with its harbour, and famous Saturday market. Little Hollies is ideal for a family holiday, a short break, or as a base from which to explore the wonderful natural beauty of The New Forest National Park.

Accommodation/Facilities

Little Hollies has a fully equipped kitchen. electric oven, with separate gas hob. A fridge with freezer Self Catering Accommodation Sway - Self Catering Accommodation New Forestbox. A washing machine. A microwave. There is a family table in the kitchen, and seating for up to 9 people.

The sitting room has two red leather settees and a fold out bed settee which makes up into a double 4ft 6" bed. There is a TV and DVD player.

The sitting room opens out through patio doors onto a patio and a lovely garden laid out to lawn and flower borders. There is a separate patio with a brick barbeque and patio chairs and table. There is a shed which can be used to store bicycles.

  • There is parking at the front of the bungalow for up to 3 cars.
  • Bedroom 1 sleeps up to 4 people with a double bed and 3ft bunk beds and there is an en suite wet room with a wc off this room.
  • Bedroom 2 sleeps up to 4 people with two sets of 3ft bunk beds. There is a separate family bathroom with a wc and hand basin.
  • The bungalow is set in a central village location within easy walking distance of the well equipped shops and the forest.

Location

Sway is a quiet rural village 4 miles north-west of Lymington on the edge of the New Forest National Park. About 15 miles from both Southampton and Bournemouth, and is located 90 miles south-west of London.

Sway station is on the Bournemouth Southampton main line with hourly trains direct to London Waterloo. There is also a limited bus service.
