Welcome to The Old Exchange, Station Road, Sway!
A very warm welcome to The Old Exchange, situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Sway in the New Forest National Park. With local pubs and shops only a stone’s throw away, The Old Exchange is perfect for a family holiday, a short break, or as a base from which to explore the wonderful natural beauty of the area.
The property has been converted into two apartments, available to let together or separately. The apartments occupy the ground and first floors and have their own separate entrances and utility areas.


- The entrance to the first floor apartment is the second door at the end of the paved pathway.
- The entrance hall has a coat and shoe storage area, and there is a curved stairway following off to the right which leads to the first floor.
- .At the top of the stairs on the right, there is a wc/basin and shower room.
- At the top of the stairs, on the left, there is a utilities/broom cupboard which also houses the combi-boiler for the GFCH, and hot water system.
- The kitchen/diner is open plan and is fully equipped with; a microwave, an electric hob and oven, a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher, and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.
- The living room continues in an open plan and contains a TV and DVD player, two blue leather settees and a three seater settee, which opens out to become a double bed.
- Down the corridor and on the left is a bedroom which sleeps 2 people with 3ft twin beds.
- At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom which sleeps 2 people with a double bed.
- Internet access is available via an Ethernet cable.

- Prices from £300 to £650.
- Lettings are from Friday to Friday with short breaks and weekly bookings available throughout the year.
- Outside the property there is parking for 3 to 4 cars in the driveway.
- All linen, towels and fuel costs are included in the tariff.
- The Old Exchange is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed inside the premises.
- Travel cots, a high chair and a stair gate are available for use at no extra cost.

Ground Floor Apartment:![]()
- The entrance to the ground floor apartment is the first door as you approach the building.
- The entrance hall has a coat storage area, and off the hall is a wc/basin room and a broom cupboard, which also houses the combi-boiler for the GFCH system.
- Left from the entrance hall is a spacious family bedroom which sleeps up to 4 people with 3ft twin beds and 3ft bunk beds. There is an ensuite shower/ wc and basin also in this room.
- Right from the entrance hall there is an open plan living room/ diner which contains two red leather settees, a TV, DVD player and a fold down continental wardrobe bed which opens to make a comfortable double room at night. The dining room area has a gate leg table and six chairs.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has; an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.
- Internet access is available via an Ethernet cable in the family bedroom.
- At the front of the building outside there is a rotary dryer for use of ground floor occupants.
- At the gated side of the building there is a secure roofed area for bicycle storage. Patio furniture and a small barbeque are also available for use.
